I'd double check to make sure it's either the 40 or 9mm before u put a live round thru it. Maybe they mislabeled it n thought it was the 9mm Not exactly. There are different models of the .40 S2K. One will accept S&W magazines. Another will accept those for Beretta magazines. The other two models accept Glock magazines.
