In the RTV, on the left side of your seat, is a throttle lock. You run it up to full throttle and lock it. Then use the pedal to move it forward/reverse, much like a tractor. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep. At no time could the 900 make it up the hill. Kubota L3200, Deere X380, Kubota RTV-X. There is a relieve valve that is actuated by cable when you press down on the brake pedal, and sometimes it needs to be adjusted (especially if the cable has stretched). So check on that. There is a lot of pla … Aug 11, 2007 · Although the RTV1100 is not any faster than the RTV900, it does have quite a bit more grunt power. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep. At no time could the 900 make it up the hill. 1. Engine issue As we mentioned, this model from Kubota has the good horsepower, but it isn’t powerful by any means. You may notice how underpowered it is when going uphill or riding through sandy areas. It just won’t give its full power even if you give full throttle.Hard shifting RTV x1100c. Just got a RTV x1100c to replace a RTV 500 that was about a year old. My problem is that even though they are both hydrostatic, the 500 shifted great but the 1100 is a bear to shift. I know that shoving hard on the brake pedal should relieve pressure but that only works marginally. Cable setting for the unload valve ....
